Shipping

We strive to dispatch all orders received by 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) on the same day.

All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the next business working day. On peak periods of campaigns some delays can be expected.

Once dispatch has occurred you will receive a notification by email advising your order has been shipped.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Please ensure full name is entered at point of check-out to avoid delivery delays. (International orders may not require signature as in some countries local delivery services may be used).

We use Australia Post E-Parcel as a delivery service for all Australian deliveries. We recommend you provide an address where someone can sign for your parcel. If you are not available to sign for your consignment, the courier company may assess whether it is safe to leave at address if not you will be left with a card to pick up parcel from your closest Post Office.

AUSTRALIA

All orders to Australian Capital Cities are delivered within 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural areas.

*Peak periods such as Public Holidays can experience longer delivery times, please allow 3-5 business days.

Please note delivery times are estimates only Mitten is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers especially during high volume periods. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date.         Please contact us if you do not receive your parcel within 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL

We use DHL Global as a courier service for our international shipments who have partnered with local postal services in each country to deliver our parcels.

All Australian and International shipping is FREE for all orders over $75 AUD or over.

Orders below $75 AUD are charged are charged at a flat rate of $4.95 when there are no delivery campaigns running.

Note: Due to international constraints with our courier company we do-not deliver to the following countries Crimea (Ukraine), Iran, North Korea, Syria and Yemen. If you reside in one of these countries and wish to purchase from our store please contact our customer service team and we will endeavor to assist you.

TAXES & DUTIES

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from mittenbody.com which will include your e-parcel consignment number.

You can track the progress of your shipment by visiting www.auspost.com.au and entering consignment number under ‘Track Item’ on homepage of Australia Post website. Australia Post also offer many delivery options on their website while your parcel is in transit.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch from our office, please email hello@mittenbody.com with your

Full Name and Order Number to track your parcel.

Mitten is not responsible for any missing parcels due to errors on customers or carrier’s part.

Parcels that are returned to us as ‘Unclaimed’ or ‘Rejected’ by customer on delivery will not be refunded. The customer will be issued with a store credit note (minus shipping fee for original shipment and returns fees) which will be valid for 12 months.
