Once purchased, you will be prompted to enter the recipient’s email. The e-gift card will be sent directly to their inbox – so there is no need to leave time for shipping! You can also nominate the day the card will land in their inbox so you never miss that special date.

The terms and conditions of our e-gift cards are as follows.
An e-gift card from Mitten can be used across multiple purchases. If a e-gift card purchase is made for less than the card is worth, the remaining amount will stay charged to the card and ready for the next purchase.

The total amount charged to the e-gift card can be used on products only. Packing and shipping are not covered by the e-gift card. Shipping costs will be added to your purchase at checkout.

E-gift cards are valid from 12 months from the date of issue. It is not possible to exchange the amount on the e-gift card for cash.E-Giftcards cannot be redeemed for cash
